Farewell to Killossery
Released December 2009, 'Farewell to Killossery' is a reference to the first incarnation of what is now Rolestown National School - Killossery National School was its original name when it began educating children from the area back in 1834.

Carl spent 35 years teaching in Rolestown NS, it was the community he was welcomed into after leaving Dingle, and where he and his wife reared a family, so when the news came that the school was to be replaced by a state of the art new building, Carl began to talk to some of the older members of the parish about their memories of their early school life and posted notices locally inviting other contributors. Farewell to Killossery is a collection of stories from past pupils of the school, young and old alike, sharing their memories of their school days.
